Ryan did an amazing job yet again I am delighted with the cut he cleverly added layers giving hight and movement,my greys coming through give it definition and look incredible just perfect for the party season.

First visit to salon and would definitely recommend. Thorough colour consultation and my colour was exactly what I had asked for. The staff and the whole salon atmosphere was so friendly.

Thursday 29th September . I received such a lovely warm and friendly welcome by Ken on entering the salon. Straight away, I knew I was in good hands. Ryan listened attentively as to what I was aiming towards and gave me his feedback and suggestions which was approved by Ellen herself. When styling my hair, Ryan gave me some tips on how to achieve the perfect beach curl....Im still trying to master it. Thank you to one and all! I will be back.

Having Amy as my stylist is like a dream come true. The customer service from the minute you walk in until until the time you leave is 10/10. They really make you feel special and it's like visiting your best friends.

Amy's professionalism and friendly nature makes you feel at ease. As soon as I identified the look I wish. Amy listens, advises and literally creates a masterpiece! I have extensions which look completely natural and blend into my hair beautifully. My confidence has really soared. Walking into Waitrose when 2 random staff in 2 different departments complimented my hair after my visit to ECH actually made my day!

All the staff really care about their customers and you can tell they love their jobs. Finding a team who all gel together so well is a skill and a gift! Taught by the best: Ellen Conlin.

To anyone wishing extensions, a new look, or trim or tint...the friendly staff are actually amazing and trained to a very high standard. From observing, watching stylists help each other was just so lovely to see.

YOU HAVE to visit ECH to experience (in my opinion) the only hairdressers in the West End of Glasgow.

I have now been seen by Ryan twice and he’s helping me get my hair from manbun with a high fade to all long.

Both times I have arrived and it’s looked awful in transition. And I leave with it looking amazing and feeling great.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable appointment with Georgia today- she took time to listen to my ‘hair’s journey’ and the changes I wanted to make. She made great suggestions and helped me choose a really nice colour for balayage (which I hadn’t done before). The whole team were very friendly and welcoming, the salon is spotless with a great atmosphere. I loved the result and will definitely be going back! Many thanks to Georgia, Ava, Ken and the rest of the team :)

Just great as usual lovely welcome staff are pleasant and helpful so all good but it always is.

All of the staff at Ellen Conlin Hair & Beauty Hyndland were smiley, welcoming and full of tips (not just on hair)!!

My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted. I also felt that their hair expertise helped to sort out issues regarding correcting my colour while maintaining the look and style I desired.
Georgia cut my fringe just lovely and after a few days & washes even I can't help admiring her scissor skills.

Additionally, friends and family are commenting with mega positive compliments and asking me where and who did my hair which has really given me another wee confidence boost.

Finally, the attention to detail and customer service was highly thoughtful and made it feel much less impersonal for a client.
My favourite little touch especially was the hand written greeting on the mirror opposite my designated salon chair.

The atmosphere was relaxed, but efficient with great teamwork. The staff were warm and friendly.
Impressive quality service.

I will definitely be returning and couldn't recommended them highly enough.

I am delighted with my fabulous haircut, perfect in every way and wonderful for my holiday today in our campervan.Every time Ryan does a first class job .

This is my third visit to the salon. I was at the end of my tether with my hair, before discovering it. My hair has changed, it was always curly but is now quite fragile and starting to grey. I’ve struggled with adapting to this change and have tried a few hairdressers as a result; so I wanted to take my time getting to know the salon before I reviewed. I am delighted with results. The stylists are consummately professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have made me feel confident in my hair again and I am delighted with the result and care.
