Fantastic colour by Ineta and great cut from Rhian. I’ve been going to Toni and Guy for many years and am always very happy with the results. Staff are very friendly and highly skilled.

As always a great visit, friendly reception staff providing a welcome coffee. Lucie is a great stylist who always asks about my needs and offers good suggestions. Very happy.

I love my visits to the shop as I am made to feel like a princess for the day.

I had my appointment with Isabella on the 22nd December with the wish to really lighten my hair up and go a nice natural blonde and the colour is stunning. So many tones to really make it pop and a blonde that really suits my skin tone. The cut is perfect, choppy, edgy and just what I wanted. Isabella is the best at what she does and just a joy to deal with. I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling a million dollars.

I have been coming to Isabella for two years and it is worth every penny. My hair was in serious need of TLC after bleaching my hair for years and had been given no advice from previous hairdressers what product I should be using on my hair. I love my cut and colour. Also, the condition of my hair has drastically improved. Isabella is so knowledgeable and is amazing at recommending products for my hair.
All the staff are so lovely and friendly. Lovely buzz in the salon.

Ineta remembers how I want my hair done. I don't need to go into much detail and I always get superb results.

Lucie was running behind due to another client being late and I had a tight timeline. She pulled out all the stops to give me a fantastic haircut and get me out in time.

Just moved back to the city and was looking for a new stylist. From the start she seemed upset by how long my hair was and informed me because I booked online the time slot given was wrong. However, I didn't book online I called in the morning to book the appointment. She then spent the entire time telling me how damaged my hair was and when I mentioned I wouldn't trust anyone other than myself to dye it due to a bad experience, she told me no salon would touch my hair anyway. I walked in feeling great having a day off my busy work schedule but left feeling deflated and self conscious.

A lovely, friendly salon that serves up hot chocolate, glossy mags and massaging chairs! Staff are always so helpful and accommodating.

As a wheelchair user with terminal cancer the salon could not have been more accommodating. Lucie was amazing, took the time to talk through my hair problems and clearly explained her plan. I was thrilled to be able to get in the chair for a proper salon wash for the first time in two years. Will definitely be back to see Lucie.

She was lovely, so nice to talk to and ,told me the truth about my hair that it wasn't in good condition so she couldnt colour it that day. I'm so glad I went to salon, my hair is a mess and dry and falling out. Between bad colour and menopause argh. I'm using the Label M shampoo n conditioner and I can already feel my hair is bit softer and it's not so dry.. Back for a review 1st December to see how the condition of my hair is for colour x

Will always come to Rhian for my cut. She does exactly what I ask for but also gives advice on what looks best on my face shape etc. always so friendly & goes above and beyond every time. deserves all the recognition. killing it & cannot recommend enough, will always book in with her

This is my second time having Ineta doing my bleach & colour & i wont go to anyone else. She done exactly what I asked for & was so informative for me to upkeep & keep the condition. Can’t recommend her enough !

Natalie has been cutting and colouring my hair since 2021 and is exceptional. The style I've settled with since visiting her is the best I've ever had as it works with my hair and makes the best use of it. My hair is far easier to manage and versatile with how I can style it myself than it has ever been and is often complimented. I know that I could ask for different things and I know she would advise what would and wouldn't work and the result would be super but I am loving my current style so much I wouldn't change! I've also never had it coloured before but I felt reassured after discussions with her and we got the colours of my balayage and roots spot on for the natural finish i was looking for. She also styles my hair at the end beautifully. All the assistants have been lovely with me and gentle when I tell them I'm very hair sore and so thanks to them too. It's a salon with a lovely welcoming approach in general. The hot chocolate is good too!!!

I loved my cut, layers are beautiful but couldn’t get the curls to stay in after the blow dry. I have very fine hair so it’s difficult for me to hold a curl.

Fantastická služba jako vždy od Lucie. Jsem zákazníkem již mnoho let a nikam jinam nepůjdu. Prvotřídní ošetření, skvělý účes a veškerý personál velmi přátelský. Můj syn také používá salon a musí cestovat přes dvě hodiny dvěma vlaky, aby se dostal z Fife do Glasgow na schůzku. Pokračujte ve skvělé práci!
