I have been a customer for over 10 years and I will never be back. I was15 min late which I apologised for, I was not familiar with the male who cut my hair. He didnt speak to me, offer me a drink or magazine, NEVER have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. Worst 2 1/2 hours of my life. I am aware there are issues in Glasgow but if this is how you are trying to resolve them then that attitude won’t work in Glasgow.
