I love my colour and im very happy with the service here. My only little niggle/pet hate is that sometimes you're sat at a station before it has been cleaned and so I'm having to sit on someone else's cut hair and have my coffee also placed on top of cut hair which is a bit gross 2 look at for the next 2hrs ? I would much rather be kept waiting at reception until the unit is cleaned and ready...just saying. On a positive my stylist is excellent and all the staff are really friendly + professional which keeps me coming back, nice atmosphere, good music and nice styling products ?
