I was horrified Gary hadn't listened to me and cut off my lovely curls. I emailed him to do something to what ruin he caused and haven't had a reply when I last emailed him. I'm still hurt and this has caused a serious effect on me. I'd appreciate compensation to go elsewhere for this. I'd give 0 stars
