Always a pleasure visiting Head Office. Everyone is super friendly & so welcoming. I’ve been going to Heather for a little while now & fancied something different. Heather fully listened to me & was actually excited to try something new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

Lovely and friendly salon, Heather was brilliant, really understood what I was looking for and knew exactly what would suit my hair best.

As always, a fabulous cut and style. I have fine hair, so a good cut, for me, is essential; Heather has never disappointed. I can dry it into a style it easily after washing it. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

My first visit to the salon today and first experience of hair extensions, I'm very pleased with the end result and can't thank Tori enough for her professionalism and how she went into explanation of the whole process, I will definitely return, amazing team, professional and go above and beyond to make your pamper enjoyable thank you so much.

This was my first visit. Heather did an amazing job correcting my colour which had faded to a horrible reddish tone with grey roots too. Heather listened carefully to what I wanted and gave suggestions as what was possible. I came out with a marvellous swishy glossy cut and colour which was way better than imagined possible from what I had. Highly recommend this salon.

Sorry, I'm terrible with names. Absolutely fabulous visit though. Long needed cut and finally someone who cut it exactly as I wanted it. My daughter was really impressed with hers too. Very happy all round and look forward to our next visit.

Always cuts my hair the way i like it

Today I had perhaps my 25th set of extentions since the beginning of HO opening. These girls are angels, friends now and always make me feel like good leaving. I could never go anywhere else .. love them. If you want great hair visit ASAP!

Had my colour, cut and extensions appt with Abi this morning, as always it’s perfect, colour is perfect, love my extensions.. Abi has been looking after my hair for ages.. after Covid and hormonal changes the condition of my hair has been awful, not growing, breaking, dull and not looking healthy, Abi has given me so much help and advice and it’s working as my hair is so much better, it’s growing, thicker and shiny, I’m so happy thanks Abi x

It was the first time I’ve been to the salon just for a blow dry. I’m used to the amazing service you get at Head Office and this visit was no exception. Liberty is a wonderful human being, bright and bubbly and very skilled at her job.

Lovely appointment today with Brittney, she was lovely and did a brilliant job with my hair. All the girls are very warm and and make you feel welcome, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Heather was amazing. She listened to what I wanted to achieve but was honest with how we get there. Hair feels amazing and she taught be how to look after it and style it. Can’t wait to go back to have my colour done

Leah had her work cut out this time my roots were awful but as usual she performed her magic with a full head foils, olaplex treatment to nourish my hair and fixed my split ends with an excellent cut. She was supported by salon apprentice Liberty who professionally worked between two very busy stylists.

Heather always does a wonderful job with my cut & colour. A truly talented hairdresser & a lovely person to boot.

Abi is always professional and consistent.
