Been a client for a few years. Always been pleased with the outcome. First time ***** has done my hair - roots, foils, cut and finish. Horrified to see a grey steak at the back of my head when I got home. Did ***** not notice?? Was very upset - and angry. Went back today and Leah sorted me out. Thank you!

Hi Gail, I am so sorry about the streak at the back not taking. I can only apologise and say I messed up there. It’s not acceptable and I’m glad Leah was able to sort it quickly. I apologise for my absence on your return as I was sitting an exam. Im not excusing my error but I hadn’t noticed it, perhaps due to the lighting upstairs and looking down on your hair standing above you. It is definitely not my usual standard of hair dressing of course. I understand your anger and appreciate your feedback, again I apologise for your inconvenience just before your holiday.
