I've never had a bad experience at this salon, or ever heard of anyone who has, but my recent appointment with Maddie was above and beyond. She completely transformed my hair and I left absolutely delighted. Highly recommend.

Cut and blow dry, £50, in and out in 20 minutes and not even the offer of any product. Felt like they couldn’t really be bothered which is a shame because she was lovely to talk to.

I was a bit apprehensive about suggesting a new style but Faith looked at my photos & we decided between us what would work best. I also had a new colour shade. She’s very knowledgeable and puts me at ease.

Maddie was great. She obviously knows how to cut curly hair to stop it bouffing up. Lovely mini head massage too!

Faith did a fantastic job of my hair today. It was big ask too, new customer, from long to radically short and I'm terrible at describing what I want but she did a great job. Will definitely be going back.

Have only visited before for a cut & blow dry, but decided to go back for a colour appointment. I had a brief consultation with Faith who was extremely helpful and then my appointment shortly after. Faith was lovely, and knew exactly what I wanted (even with my vague instructions!) and I left loving my hair! Will be returning for my follow up appointment. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I always feel welcome and respected as soon as I enter the Falmouth Inkfish salon. All the staff are very professional and friendly.
Faith expertly created exactly what I wanted today. She explained each stage of the process of colouring, conditioning cutting and blowdrying my hair. . She even took the time to teach me how to use styling tools so I could recreate the look at home. I am so pleased with the result and attention to detail.

Faith was extremely sweet and very accurate and precise with her work. She gave me advice as well because I didn’t know what I wanted and it turned out amazing! Would recommend her!

The end result was great but the care with the hair was very harsh and a bit painful. Lots of tugging and combing too hard. The hair washing was also very quick.

Great customer service, super friendly staff, great coffee & a great haircut! Shout out to Maddie 💘

We have recently to Falmouth and was recommended to go to Inkfish and get Megan to do my Hair, I now have had my first appointment and really pleased with the style and colour, thank you Megan. All the staff were lovely and made me feel welcome

I've been going to inkfish for five years and the service is always excellent. I had my hair done today cut and styled by Grace. Couldn't be happier. Grace is always patient and listens to what I want. Thank you everyone for your excellent service!

Amazing!! I asked my hair to be similar / inspired by Grace’s photos from her Instagram page, I was open minded to the outcome because many factors like lighting etc can make the outcome different but, she exceeded my expectations and gave me my dream blonde hair! The cut was perfect too and she took my hair type & ways I style it into consideration, I really appreciated her attention to detail, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I also enjoyed the welcoming, friendly salon environment. Thank you so so much!

My hairdresser, Faith was fantastic. This was my first visit to the Salon. She got a strong idea of what I wanted. My haircut was just what I wanted. The customer care & service was brilliant from the moment I arrived.

We visited Falmouth for my partner’s graduation and after 5 days travelling from the Isle of Man my hair looked like it needed some extreme TLC. I desperately needed a blow dry before the graduation ceremony, but had no time to book in advance (apart from popping into the shop the day before). I don’t know how they squeezed me in, but the girls did everything in the time they had to help me. My hair felt beautiful and I was spoilt and looked forward to a wonderful graduation. Thank you so much, you removed all my anxiety about the graduation photos xx

All your advice on cut and colour was much appreciated.

I booked for a simple haircut followed by another appointment for hair colour. The haircut left me with bumps and uneven straggly hair and the stylist just dismissed my concerns. A couple of days later I went back in for my hair appointment and I complained about my hair. Their own stylist said ‘where did you have your hair cut, it is not done right.’ He was really embarrassed when I named his colleague and suggested getting my hair cut with a clipper to sort the ‘bumps and dents’ out. I declined as I wont ever trust them with a cut again. Then after all this you would expect they would at least take every care with thr colour service. But no, having had roots coloured I walked out and only after an entire day in town I got back home, I realised they had left the backs of my esrs stained with dye. Awful. Awful! Never going back. Shockingly bad

Had a lovely experience at InkFish. Went for a long cut and blow dry and I got exactly what I asked for. I had the pleasure of Shay cutting my hair and he was great! Thank you so much, I will be back!
