It’s a luxury to take time out and put my hair in the safe hands of Freya. She always listens carefully to what I want and has excellent knowledge of hair and colours. She manages to cut my thinning fine hair so it looks more full and stylish and I can maintain it with ease.

I was quite happy visiting the salon until my last visit. The staff uses hair brushes full of other people's hair.

I think it was Emma who cut my hair, but can’t find her name on the list above.
I got very thin hair and cutting them into a good facon is a challenge. I always bring photos of previous haircuts that I liked. And Emma did a perfect job, I’m so satisfied with the cut. And I love a good head massage, too!

I have been a client with this salon for over 20 years and have never been dissapointed . Elouise is a fantastic stylist and colourist . Freindly atmosphere in the salon.

I was a longstanding customer who once loved feeling indulged at Hunter & Walsh however the last few appointments have been decided lacking wand my most recent was my last. I was not greeted or offered a coffee, my hair was wrapped in a non-absorbent towel so the water just ran off onto me, and I felt discarded to make payment whilst the next client became the instant focus. Nadine is a fabulous person and hairdresser, and my hair is admittedly awkward to cut, but we differed to agree over layering so for me the style lacked so much needed shape. I ended up cutting it myself at home. I just felt that the whole experience was lacking hugely. I used to love feeling looked after when at H&W but not getting that at all any more. So disappointed such a shame. I cancelled the next appointment and I would have liked the opportunity to explain why but no one asked me.

I haven’t been to the hairdresser for ages but the young woman who washed my hair was lovely then Jade did a fabulous job on my hair, it was exactly what I needed!

Freya is seriously masterful with hair! Such a beautiful, warm, genuine person. My slightly wild hair needed help after a few years of not visiting a salon. Freya worked her magic with both colour & cut .. blending tones to match grown out silver roots and layering/ trimming long curly hair. The results are amazing!
I highly recommend her but book ahead as she has a waiting list! (yes, she's that good!)

Freya did an amazing cut with my curly hair. I explained what I was hoping to aim for and she just did exactly what I had in mind and what I tried to describe. I'm going back for a colour treatment soon and I'll be leaving the shade decision to Freya because I really felt confident with her advice. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in this salon; I can feel a bit awkward in some salons.

As usual my visit to the salon was, professional, relaxing, full of happy kind staff.

Only have a haircut 3 times a year but always greeted like a frequent client.

As always, a great haircut. Good advice on what and how to use products and how to style at home too. Nothing is too much trouble. This time I wanted my fringe done in a particular way and Nadine nailed it again!! Super happy with everything. Wouldn’t go any where else!

Had a lovely consultation first with Beth. Then she shampooed and conditioned my hair before a wonderful head massage. Real surprise that the chair you sat in was a massage chair too! Wonderful!
Beth listened and styled my hair really well after I had decided to have about 8 inches off! Lovely to chat to her too made me feel special and relaxed perfect for the start of my holiday. Thank you

Emma was cheerful and friendly and gave me a brilliant haircut
but before that she reassured me that I had a good head of hair and it was not thinning.
She said I could see my scalp because my hair was a beautiful white and maybe a toner would help.
Her assistant (can’t recall her name)who washed my hair and gave me a head massage in the massage chair, was also great.
A relaxing, pleasant experience.
