I had an appointment with Phoebe for a balayage and cut and I’m so so happy with the results! She spent time at the start of the appointment discussing what I wanted and was so friendly and helpful. The salon was incredibly clean and all the staff were wearing their ppe. I felt incredibly safe and it was overall a relaxing and enjoyable morning in the salon! Thank you Phoebe! I love it! Xxx

I have been having my hair cut at Kellyanza by stylist Emma for probably about 6 years now. In between these times when Emma has been fully booked I have gone else where but I also return as she is the only one that can really cut and colour my hair the way I want it. I give her a description and maybe show a few photos and then Emma will suggest some alternatives or something that would be better suited for my hair type, wait a few hours and Voila!! I am NEVER disappointed.
Not only is Emma very good at what she does, clearly having a lot of experience as a hairdresser and stylist, she is a lovely person to have a chat with at the same time. I would absolutely highly recommend her to anyone. The compliments I have had from my new hair do are amazing. So thank you!
The Salon is comfortable, clean, spacious and well lit. Everything has been well thought out since reopening with Covid. An enjoyable experience to have.

I had the perfect experience - as always - at Kelly Anza. It’s a beautiful place with lovely staff, and it was even worth the long lock-down wait to let Phoebe loose on my hair again.

Thank you to Annie and the team for saving me from Covid hair. A great haircut and colour. Good safety measures in place and clear signage telling you what they are doing from masks, hand sanitizers, individually bagged gowns, etc. Well thought through. Lovely to see you all again. Thank you
I have never used this salon before however, I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours. The whole experience took 30 minutes in return for a trim which nobody notice I had my haircut considering I cut my own hair twice during lockdown. I will not be returning as the consultation was rushed showed a picture of what I wanted but walked out not looking any different. All for the price of £40. Will not return

Teigan is a credit to your salon. She did an amazing job on my hair colour. Gave me exactly what I asked for and I felt like a lady leaving your salon. I will be back again...at some point. Just for a pamper again! I truely enjoyed it and felt so relaxed.
My daughters first haircut on her own, due to the current situation. She had Boo who made her feel very relaxed and tidied her hair beautifully. She had about 4/5 inches cut off and made it wavy. My daughter was extremely happy!
My only issue is, the price. Was very expensive!
Had my hair done today by the lovely Annie. Lovely atmosphere in the salon even with everything going on at the moment. Felt just like a normal visit. I love my new hair colour and cut. Annie is doing a great job as manager and the staff as always are so friendly and welcoming. Annie is a credit to Kelly Anza. Can’t wait for my next visit. Going to get your hair done is always a pleasure even with all the changes due to covid it’s still a lovely experience. The staff and their skills are exemplary and they go that extra mile so that you always walk out feeling a million dollars.

Really impressed with the service, made to feel safe at Kelly Anza with the measures in place. Amy E did an amazing job transforming my brassy yellow frizzy hair in to creamy blonde curls, and I left with exactly the hair cut I wanted!! Love the late night opening made it so easy to pop down once husband home to look after the kids.
Boo did my highlights beautifully today. She was very professional and measures put in place to keep clients & staff safe were good but I think that £115 for highlights,trim & blow dry a bit excessive. I didn't say anything when I paid as I didn't want to embarrass her in front of clients. Maybe I should have enquired the cost when booking!
After 5 months I was so glad to be back at the salon! Great service as always and even with the Covid restrictions everything was clean, thoroughly professional yet friendly as always. Very pleased with how Boo did my hair. It looks lovely xx
