I attended this salon a while back and my hair got absolutely butchered! I got highlights (root touch up) and a layered haircut. I was in the salon a total of four hours! I had colour applied to my hair on three occassions with each application missing my roots! My hair was cut crooked and I ended up having to get my long hair cut into a bob afterwards! It took a good two - three years for my hair to fully recover to what it was before entering this salon! It was a young girl who done my hair, I'm guessing a trainee judging by the state my hair was left in. However I was still charged full price and not once did James come to inspect my hair (even though the girl who was doing my hair was clearly struggling) and was more than happy to take my money and let me leave with my hair in the shape it was in! Maybe James himself is a good hairdresser I can't judge that but he would need to take a good look at his staff and ensure that the are up to the high standards that he clearly is trying to have! I can think of two hairdressers in Dungannon who are a million miles better than here!
Quite literally the best salon I have ever been in. Brilliant atmosphere, great relationship between James and all his staff. James is by far the best hairdresser in dungannon and further.
