I felt rushed to be honest. ***** was always being interrupted anyway and quite preoccupied but then at the end she literally walked off without fully checking my hair. There was some training happening i think. I wasn't asked if i wanted it straightened, i didn't see the back she never checked lengths. Also my hair was in bad condition at the ends and she said she would check when dry if it needed more cutting. This wasn't done. She rushed away. £44 later it will have to do. I know im not a regular but i am potentially a recommendation to others.
Secondly The lady who washed my hair made me feel like an inconvenience really. She carried on talking to *****? I was obviously holding her up from her lunch. Not a great experience to be honest.

I will take your comments on board and hope to improve my services and salon standards. In way of an apology I would love to invite you in to the salon for a complementary finish and conditioning treatment.
