Lovely salon in the heart of Carlisle. Salon was super clean and tidy. My treatment with Sarah George was fantastic, she is an expert in her field. very punctual & professional.

My treatments today were Microdermabrasion along with LED light then luxury pedicure with Anna. Anna is wonderful, gentle, caring, respectful and extremely knowledgeable on all the treatments and products. I absolutely love going to Elysee for my treatments and highly recommend them. They have something to suit everyone and I mean everyone including men! with the amount of treatments on offer. They are always going on courses to keep up to date with new products and treatments.
You are always greeted warmly by their receptionist and all the other beauticians are always friendly and chatty. The Salon is always exceptionally clean and tidy. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

As mother of the bride, I had appointments for nail and eyebrow treatments.The beautician was very good and friendly, helping me choose neutral colours for my nails to compliment my outfit

My last minute booking wasn't a problem. I was greeted with friendly smiley faces with quick payment. The brow wax was perfect I explained what I wanted and the therapist did it exactly the way I had asked. There was nice genuine chat throwout but she was quick and efficient aswell. Great value for £12 ?

First visit to Elysee and won’t be my last. Very nice salon and made to feel comfortable straight away as a lot of salons I find your not. Rebooked on leaving and taken leaflets away to look at more treatment options.

Georgina did my treatment and she was so lovely and chatty throughout, she explained everything as it went on and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Now, I'd like to keep Anna a secret but that's not fair to the rest of Cumbria. Fantastic experience. Just had the best facial of my life...Ultimate Anti-aging. My skin feels fantastic and so I. Erudite explanation, as to what physiological changes were happening in my skin. Great advice on product use without any sales talk. Just honest excellent customer service.

Sophie made a good job doing them and is always so friendly to me as I've known her for years.

My skin feels wonderful after my Pro 30 facial by Anna this morning. All the staff are lovely and professional and the dermalogica products are amazing for my sensitive complexion and I love the free samples you get when you leave.

Only rang this morning to book a wax and they fit me in same day. Staff very friendly and Chloe gave a comfortable leg wax. Easy to talk to aswell.

I have had two recent treatments at your salon, one with Dawn and today with Charlotte. I felt comfortable and well looked after during both appointments. Dawn and Charlotte were both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend a visit to the salon
