Isobel is FAB! She really listens to what you’d like but offers suggestions/advice. She’s very gentle on the hair and does a fantastic massage while washing! Highly recommend!

Professional service from start to finish…. Unsure of a trying something different initially but Beckie advised and made me feel comfortable and confident to go for it! great cut as always

Went in for a cut and I usually have my hair diffused to dry as my hair is quite long and permed. I spoke to Kirsty about the fact the I’m growing the perm out but it’s very in between at the moment and I’m not happy with. Kirsty suggested having a keratin treatment so she checked to make sure it would be OK and we went ahead. Kirsty curled it with straighteners before I left and I left happy. The curls stayed in too which is unusual for my hair. Very pleased overall and the coffee was delicious too!

After returning from holiday my hair needed rescuing!

First cut and blow dry with Isobel and I have already booked my next appointment. Can't thank her enough for her expertise and non judgemental approach (after a bad cut elsewhere - big mistake!) A great, relaxing experience and 'repaired' hair ?

Isobel cut my hair last Thursday and when I arrived in Suffolk for my holiday almost everywhere I went women I’d never met told me they loved my hair and asked if I’d had it done there. Not only was the in salon experience relaxing and fun, the results were excellent! Thank you Isobel!
