I have been going to Anisia ever since moving to the area 13 years ago, would never go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly and amazing at what they do!!!!

I've been several times and alway had excellent service, I've been thrilled with how they have styled my hair, both cut and colour.
I've been to this salon a few times and have found it to be a lovely warm and friendly environment ran by highly dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
Contrary to anything you have read in the below reviews, the site is clean, tidy and hygienic. I have never left without being completely happy with the end result and find the advice and suggestions from staff appropriate and informative.

Reading the reviews I am staggered that anyone can find fault with this salon. The owner and staff members are pleasant and welcoming. There is ample free parking which is essential when visiting a salon for a couple of hours. During these covid times, I have witnessed continual sanitising between customer visits. . Which I believe goes way beyond what is deemed necessary. I have personally been very happy with my cut and colour from my stylist Barbie and have recommended friends to book themselves in. Price wise I find to be competitive and in line with other professional salons. Great range of products and ghd styling tools on sale at really good prices too. I have found this place can meet that. I’m a simple person so don’t ever go too fancy but can share what I do know:
WAX:
I've had 3 different therapists do all sorts of waxing and not met anyone in any other salon that can do as good as them especially delicate areas. They're very well priced compared to any other salons and definitely know what they are doing a trust me ive had many awful experiences elsewhere and ALWAYS gone back here, I can’t beat them.
Room is small and maybe could be seen as shabby but service is perfect.
MASSAGE:
Had few massages that are reasonably priced an about average compared to other massages, its not a luxury spa experience but does the job.
HAIR:
Obviously this always depends on the stylist but they can take simple direction when I say I want a blunt cut and have done this a few times for me over the years (a regular cut for me is 6-12months!) or put different colours through my hair they were dubious about at first -they didn’t want me to regret anything.
They will happily suggest ideas or tell you what they think might work if you ask but at the end of the day its your hair.
Just remember you need to be specific with any hairdresser and say exactly what you want - don’t smile to their faces and then complain once you've left.
salon is dirty and dusty manager/owner is the most unpleasant person, sulky face not polite to customers at all over priced second rate hair salon
Over priced, was not at all happy, will not be going back.
Booked an appointment for a natural looking sombre. The hairdresser at consultation showed me a great photo online of exactly what I wanted. 5 hours later and having my colour corrected by 3 different hairdressers I left with a disastrous ombre that looks like done at home by myself. I went through hell to transition from pitch black hair to blonde I am back at square one with dark brown hair and a bit of my old colour at the ends. Called the manager with a complaint and been promised a call back which have not happened. Spent £70.00 and will have to spend another £70.00 to have it corrected elsewhere. I strongly advise to stay away from that place!
