Amazing, I always return for massages with Kelcey and she is so welcoming. She always asks if there is anything she should know abouts and I always feel really relaxed during and after my treatment.

As I ever, I was running late for an appointment for my brows so Beauty Matters approached my poor time keeping with enormous flexibility, moved my appointment then transformed my over grown face bushes into the most gorgeous brows ever. Plus I was educated on brow maintenance and next steps for my beauty regime

I experienced the most amazing deep tissue massage at Beauty Matters today. My therapist got straight to the root of the problem and I was so impressed that I have booked in for another back and shoulder massage.

This is a lovely little salon with lots of treatments available. I had a facial and received lots of useful advice about my skin from the therapist as well as it being a very soothing and relaxing experience.

I work a desk job so I’m sitting hunched over a lot of the time and the tension builds in my upper back without me even realising it until it gets sore! I booked my massage to help this and it was so good! I felt really relaxed throughout and all the knots in my back were worked out. The staff at the salon were lovely, special kudos to Nattie who did my treatment - it was divine and I will certainly be returning.

I came to have a vitamin c facial, Sarah was my beautician, she was very friendly and put me at ease, the treatment was amazing, we chatted for a a while and I was soon relaxing, in fact I was nearly asleep.
