Visited regularly for 5 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend a visit to friend salon, competent staff , reasonable price, relaxing environment and experience.

Both Georgia and Lucy were amazing. Very professional, perfectionists and lovely girls. I think I ended up with the wrong colour on my toes though? Looks very brown rather than orangey.

Service, staff, atmosphere, procedures all excellent. Warm greeting on arrival, acknowledged by any passing staff.. price very reasonable and ever made to feel being rushed. Calm and relaxing.

This salon has been my go to place for treatments for many years.
The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was made to feel welcome with there customer services. Very clean environment and all the ladies were lovely. I will definitely be back for more pedicures and I highly recommend anyone to come over. I wanted to have white on my toes but didn't know that it had different shades. She sampled both and I was able to make a choice.

Fabulous treatments with Kelcey this afternoon. She was very respectful of my need for quiet relaxing treatments and was very caring of my comfort during the treatments. Liisa does an amazing job everytime and is so lovely to talk to as well as the other staff. From the moment you enter, you feel like you are in the right place to get your treatments, feel so relaxed. Really friendly faces and I get great treatment every time.

I can’t rate everyone at beauty matters highly enough!! Liisa did my nails again today. I hadn’t managed to take the last lot of gel off my nails before the appointment. I felt really bad about this as I had said that I would make sure I took it off before the appointment, however, everyone was incredibly professional and really lovely towards me, despite causing them extra work when time was already short. Despite having to squeeze in taking my existing gels off, Liisa was still as professional as always and her attention to detail is above and beyond! She’s so thorough and precise! I would absolutely recommend beauty matters to anyone and would highly recommend Liisa. I’ve only been to Liisa, but the other staff members all look as professional and friendly as she is.

Had a wonderful experience today with my 9 yr old daughter. The lady who pierced my daughter’s ears was so patient with us, didn’t rush us and was so kind to my daughter.

Love coming to the salon its friendly and welcoming. My eyebrows look amazing! So pleased with them. Sarah has done a brilliant job.?
