My appointment always is with Wendy because I have known Wendy for about 18 years now. Since I found her she has been a keeper. She knows my hair to a tee. I am never dissapointed whenever I have my hair done. The colour is perfect. The environment in the salon is fab and we all get along well. Love all the gossip too.

Lovely eyebrows & eyelashes again today Coral as always.
I had a lovely experience in the salon today. Coral is always chatty and welcoming. I had eyelash and eyebrow tint and wax, gel nails on hands and feet. Very happy with them, especially my christmassy nails. I was also treated to a complimentary hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream. Yum.
Always enjoy going to Bijou it's lovely and friendly and I wouldn't get my hair cut anywhere else. It's always finished to a beautiful standard and is excellent value for money!
Every thing from the products they use down to the drinks they make you as good as costa !

Me and my daughter booked an appointment with Wendy, although when arrived was told my daughter was goin to have hair cut with another lady, I wasn't very happy with the finished result, my daughter ended up with her fringe too short and wonky, with a random long bit. I feel I could of done better myself with the cut and even with the finished result of plats.
Although this was the case for my daughter I did like how Wendy finished my hair, it's just a shame my daughter didn't have her hair done with Wendy like first booked.
Really pleased with gel nails, especially the colour!! Highly recommend & will definitely return to get done again. The staff are very friendly & welcoming too.

I got my appointment at short notice. I asked for a particular stylist- but on the day this was changed and I wasn't given a reason why? I thought she may have taken day off..but she wasn't off- she just ignored me. For this reason- it felt awkward. The lady who had been allocated to do my hair instead was new. She was very nice and I am happy with my hair- she did a very good job and was friendly..
As always a lovely time with Wendy after a long day at work relaxing and a fab colour and cut

Wendy and her daughter are fantastic. Wendy gave great advice regarding a wig I had purchased for my upcoming wedding, made me feel very relaxed as I was quite anxious about wearing one. Styled it the way I wanted it and trimming it again for me. Her daughter waxed both mine and my partners eye brows and waxed my arms. Very welcoming salon and very friendly, and we will definitely be back to have more treatments.
I went in looking to have a complete change. Loz was lovely and spent time making sure I got the right colour and gave lots of advice.
The cut looks lovely and it was finished with a beach wave.

I booked in here because of all the good reviews but was very dissapointed. Was kept waiting for half an hour and had the worst bleach application in 10years. I know that bleach comes with a risk of breakage but my hair is literally coming out in clumps - never happened before! After years of trying hard to keep my hair in good condition I am devastated! The colour isn't even, so i am going to have to pay again to have it salvaged by another salon. Would not recommend and won't be going again!
I trust the stylists at bijou to do their magic and I trust their opinions. I always feel welcomed into the salon by the friendly staff and always leave feeling more than satisfied with the result. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

I've been going to bijou since it first opened! Wendy and her staff are always kind and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble! I'm always offered a coffee and made to feel welcome! The prices are reasonable and the the end results are to notch! Long live bijou, would hate to have to find somewhere else!

I've never been loyal to a hair salon in my life. I hate having my hair done, coloured, cut, washed, blow dried and straightened so for me to go back each time there's clearly something good going on at this place. Always a brill job and never feel like a stranger here. Top service!
