Mandy and Laura coped very well today. A client took so much of their time as she hadn’t told them she wanted a complete transformation which took twice as long as her appointment time. She didn’t seem aware of her unreasonable demands.
This meant all of us had to wait for ages for Mandy to catch up. Mandy was so calm and courteous. Shame on the client taking the **** on a busy Saturday!! Well done girls!
