I got my appointment at short notice. I asked for a particular stylist- but on the day this was changed and I wasn't given a reason why? I thought she may have taken day off..but she wasn't off- she just ignored me. For this reason- it felt awkward. The lady who had been allocated to do my hair instead was new. She was very nice and I am happy with my hair- she did a very good job and was friendly..
