Amy made me feel at ease and I had complete trust in her. Haven’t felt this happy about my hair for a long time she is truly an artist.

Amazing service. I went in with limp and dry hair, I came out with shape and my hair feeling lovely and bouncy. Amy did an amazing job giving my hair new life!

Lovely lady lovely experience will definitely be back

As always, Lucy worked her magic. Dec's hair was practically a bob and mine a bird's nest that had been electrocuted. Yet we both left feeling glamorous and amazing. She's always fun to chat too keeping us happy throughout. Dec is very fussy about having people touch him and head massage but Lucy always makes him feel comfortable and he refuses to use anyone else! She's a delight and manages to make us look good and feel good! Honestly, best hairdresser we've ever been to and we love her!

I had a cut and blow dry booked in with Lucy. After establishing what style I was looking for Lucy was very thorough cutting and styling my hair exactly as I'd requested. I'm delighted with the service I received.

Had a fantastic 'new normal' experience at the salon, plenty of space, ultra clean and given my own PPE pack. Dee was brilliant as always and I came out feeling human again!

Really good cut, different and Dee was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely be booking to go back.

Jessica was so professional and lovely. She was very focussed on the details and doing exactly what I wanted whilst also offering her professional advice.

Nathan worked wonders with my hair. He is always very professional and takes his time to get things right. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Lucy, what can I say. You are one talented lady! During lockdown I'd cut my own hair, you made me soo at ease with your personality and non judgemental attitude. Thank you Lucy, you made a stressed out nurse distressed. You are one in a million!!! X

Colour and cut as always great hair!

As always, great hair cut and great conversation and I felt safe with all the new covid measures. I only managed the 5 months without a haircut as Sarah gave me such a great cut in February. She was also telling me how well supported she felt by Toni and Guy.

Nathan was a lovely hairdresser who was so easy to get along with and did a fabulous job of my hair. He made me feel at ease during my time at the salon, having gone during the current Covid situation.

As close to normal as possible. Amazing the work done to make everyone feel safe and welcome. Thanks to Becky for a proper hair cut and thanks to Steve and everyone for making it a great experience

I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the hair stylist but she was very good and listened to me well about how I wanted my hair to be cut and was also very friendly.

The best hair cut and salon experience ever

Tyler fixed my hair after having a full head bleach and not liking it, I’ve got gorgeous balayage hair with no yellow tones left in the blonde!

She is an extremely talented person. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about going for a blunt cut. However, Amy was absolutely confident about what she was doing and that took away all my apprehensions. Apart from that, I loved our brief conversation and it absolutely made my day.

Friendly welcome and professional service received. Excellent safety measures in place making the whole experience more enjoyable in these present times. Nathan offered good advise before and during the cut, so I felt relaxed and looked after during the whole time. Really pleased with my hair cut.Thanks Nathan.

The salon was obviously taking covid seriously which was reassuring. as always the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Love the cutnand the colour, felt that they listened to what I wanted.

So had my first appointment since lockdown on Friday and it was so good to be back having Jess style my hair and just being back in an amazing atmosphere where dispite the new measures you are made to feel safe and welcome the minute you walk through the door. Jess is unbelievable and has been for the last 18+yrs doing my hair but it is always lovely seeing staff that have not been there as long just coming into their own and upholding the fantastic ethics and experience you get from Toni and Guy and Kieran is one of those members of staff who clearly continually strives to make your experience the best it can be, so lovely to have witnessed his journey. Really would never consider going anywhere else other than Derby Toni and Guy. Highly recommend.

Amy was amazing. From start to finish. She made my first visit so welcoming and enjoyable. Her foil technique was AMAZING and so so neat, and the head massage was so nice! I absolutely love the result and I cannot wait for my next appointment. Thank you Amy.

My first time at this branch and my hair was damaged with a bland haircut/look to it dee definitely transformed it with a great haircut today and some great tips - will definitely be returning soon!

Today was my first haircut with Nathan and I'm so impressed with the cut and the quality of service. He put me at ease straight away and took plenty of time and care with my hair. I've booked in for my next cut with him already and would thoroughly recommend Nathan to all. Overall I'm really thoroughly impressed - my new go to hairdresser.

Another great visit at Toni&Guy. I can’t be more happier with my haircut by Nathan. He’s very professional, friendly and has fantastic ideas about the hair styles. Highly recommend!
