Lucy always does a great job cutting and highlighting my hair; and boy did she have her work cut out for her yesterday after several months of hair-neglect! ?
Always chatty and friendly too. I'm pleased she has been promoted to senior stylist ??

Other staff in the salon (including junior staff) are courteous, friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in. The young lad helping Lucy with foils and colour for my hair did a great job too (sorry, I'm rubbish at remembering names).
The Derby salon was lively, but also clean. Masks, paper towels and clean chairs in place for each customer. I can't fault them on sticking to Covid guidance.
