Hayley always makes me feel amazing, whether its a quick dry trim or a full cut and blow dry. There isn't anyone else I'd trust with my hair! She's also incredibly patient as I turn up each time unsure as to what I actually want, however I always leave with something I love. I've recommended her to several family members and my Grandma came away with her favourite hair cut in years! Money well spent every time.

Despite the current situation I felt safe in the salon. Hayley is delightful, friendly and a good hairdresser.

Visited again after COVID lockdown for cut and blow dry after 10 weeks. Felt very safe under COVID restrictions. Hair cut on time and excellent standard yet again. Made to feel welcome by all friendly staff in the salon. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good haircut and finish.

Always welcomes you on your arrival and keeps to appointment time. Really listens to what treatment you want and offers advice as necessary. Pleasant and friendly throughout.

As always Judith is so lovely ☺️ always listens to what is needed and yesterday gave me great advise on some much needed products ? she’s an all round lovely friend ?

Soooo lovely to see Nicky again and she most certainly hasn’t lost her ability to create a lovely blonde colour. Thank you Nicky love it. (Jo is bril too!) Despite everything adhering to Government regulations there’s still that warm friendly feeling the moment one steps through the door. It will be so good when coffee is served again !!

I can’t praise Nicki and the Salon enough. She’s always so lovely. As are all the girls who work there. They have gone over and above what’s necessary to make everywhere clean and safe. I’ve been going to the salon for 23 years and can’t ever imagine going anywhere else.

Had a cut and blow dry with Judith. Both the salon and Judith adhered to all current covid regulations by encouraging customers to wear face coverings, sanitise hands when entering and all wearing correct PPE. Lovely hair cut as usual with lots of laughs which is just what we all need at the moment. Thank you.

While my normal stylist Nicky who I have had for many years is on maternity leave I have been looked after extremely well by Amy. I would not hesitate to recommend her work and her professionalism to anyone who appreciates excellent service.

Alex did my hair for the first time. She has a lovely way about & cutvmy hair exactly how I wanted it. I also felt really comfortable especially with all of the Covid procedures in place.

On the day before lockdown I expected the salon to be very busy and for the stylists to be understandably stressed, this was not the case though.
Jo was very attentive, explained the process to me throughout, did an absolutely amazing job and was happy and cheerful throughout!

I’ve been coming to this salon with Alex as my hairdresser for years and I’m always very happy with my hair. I can’t recommend highly enough and the whole team should be proud of the safeguards they have put in place to protect everyone.

Really enjoyed my visit for wash/cut/blow dry. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and Alex did a great job on my hair (first cut in 12 months!). She was understanding and knew exactly what I was asking for and I’m so pleased with the cut.
COVID guidelines were in place and I felt very comfortable being in the salon.

I have been going to Alex for years. I do not like anyone else doing my hair. She is efficient skilful and will listen to you without complaint.
She gives good advice about your hair without being pushy. She came in recently on her day off to do my hair and some of her other customers so we would not have to wait until the lockdown had finished. Cannot praise her enough. 10 out of 10

Lovely relaxing experience

Salon has gone above and beyond to make the experience safe. Fresh gown per customer, sanitizer on entry, cleaned seats, perspex screens. Couldn't have done more in my opinion. Gutted for them the industry will have to close again after they've worked so hard to adapt.
Stylist was friendly and did a great job of my hair

As always, I love my hair colour and came away feeling uplifted. The care and safety measures are always of a very high standard and it was lovely to be able to escape from reality for a few hours. Thank you Anna.

Alex restyled my hair just the way I had requested. The sign of a good cut is when you have slept on it and it has kept it's shape in the morning. I love it.

Very happy with the recent visit, the outcome quality is second to none. Very professional salon with high cleanliness standards, friendly and experienced staff.

I am a long-standing customer, so I must value KHs, but it would be nice to have received a text informing me when the PROTOCOL changes- in this case now doing dry cuts and fringevtrims ad I would have preferred a dry cut; apart from it costing less it is a safer option Covid wise for BOTH parties, providing hair is washed before visit: it is a respiratory disease,after all.

The fact I do a 40mile round trip to get my hair cut by Hayley says it all. I always feel welcomed, valued and pampered when I go there. Hayley is a credit to KH, she’s polite, friendly and attentive.

Great appointment as usual friendly efficient service felt very comfortable lovely result...just missing the drinks and magazines!
