I walked into the salon feeling like I was wearing a wig. My hair is very thick and although it is in a suitable style recommended by Sarah S I do find it difficult to deal with at times due to its thickness and slight wave. Dion explained the process in great detail keeping me informed of what she was doing at every stage. She was attentive, polite and very friendly making me feel valued and at ease. The whole experience was amazing and I came out with beautiful hair and it feels fabulous. I feel like a new woman. Thank you so much.
