From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at home, everyone was amazing, reassuring and just all round brilliant. The interior is insane and the service and prices couldn't be faulted. I had one tattoo and loved it so much there I came back for a second within 48 hours!
Was quite nervous walking in on my own but the lovely ladies there made me feel at ease as soon as I approached the reception. Jane is such a lovely lady who completely made me feel at ease about getting my baps out in front of a stranger and talked me through every step before she did anything. Would definitely recommend and will go back!

Fantastic! Straight away your greeted by lovely smiling faces, aswell as breath taking decor, my first piercing healed perfectly and the one I got today looks as if it's been there for weeks, hardly any redness, Your made to feel so at ease, that there's next to no pain.
Oh might I add, my nails (acrylics) look gorgeous ! Brilliant colour range !

Must admit I was abit sceptical at first to get a tattoo as it’s not one of the more known tattoo parlour in area however the lady is absolutely brilliant not only did they allow me to change appointment with no further charge but the rose cover up is great Looking forward to her completeing more ink on me!!

I'm stuck for words on how to describe how amazing rustys and it's team really is! Myself and my sister had piercings done today and both beautifully done! I had my children with me ( both waited in cafe room with myself or sister). But my youngest who has autism had a melt down ( unaware and unfamiliar of the surroundings). Instead of judging and the negative looks that I have become familiar with I got total understanding and with the help of the team ( and food lol) he was settled and enjoyed the cafe room, it meant a lot to me personally knowing that my son and myself (anxiety) were not only understood but respected! And was welcomed back to help my son get used to the settings and feel comfortable in future hair cuts ( major trigger!). As soon as you set foot in this place you do not feel like just a customer, more like a friend! Can not wait to go back! Xx

After some research I chose Rusty Nail Bar for my double ear piercing, from the booking, to the consultation and the actual ouchy bit I felt at ease, I must add that the ‘ouchy bit’ wasn’t that bad at all, as Jane made me feel very relaxed with deep breathing techniques, I hardly felt a thing!
I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness..

I had my very first appointment this morning with charlotte and its the best experience i have had in a long time. I will be telling everyone about this hidden little gem.
Jane, with her professional but friendly manner, made me feel completely at ease with my 2nd lobe piercing today. The piercing was over quickly with little pain and everything was well sterilised. The aftercare advise I was given was very clear and after having a helix piercing here a few months ago I can say the piercings heal amazingly well. I would definitely recommend the Rusty Nail Bar to a friend. Lovely place, lovely people :)
First time at this salon, I Had shellac on hands and toes by Charlotte, the service was exceptional, I needed my colour changing and this was done swiftly. Very happy and will be returning! Great service all round

This place is amazing ... came in early for my appointment, had a lovely chats with the owners so friendly and welcoming, they also have snacks , fresh coffee and cold drinks :) the place is off key it’s done out amazingly ❤️ I went upstairs for my lashes everyone’s so friendly the room was really clean and tidy :) my lashes are perfect and highly recommend..... this is the place too be for any of your needs !
