Had a very pleasant afternoon having my eye lashes done for the first time in my life.
Grace was so lovely and gentle. It really was a relaxing experience...My lashes look incredible! Would certainly consider getting them done again and would thoroughly recommend Le Froy to do them!

Meg made me feel very welcome throughout the whole appointment. I have never had a wax before but it was quick, painless and meg was very knowledgable especially with aftercare. I will definitely recommend her to everyone. Thank you very much.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to end! A choice of oils were given and my choice was explained in detail. My massage therapist Libby was fantastic and made me feel at ease, would 100% come back again!

Comfortable good atmosphere in the place, service and treatment first rate.
I had a waxing, wax good quality comfortable on the skin did not feel too hot, they also use hot wax for the more tender areas.

Been here a couple of times now for different treatments and staff are always professional and make you feel welcome and relaxed, would definately recommend this salon to anyone.

Libby put me at ease straight away and I was impressed by her professionalism. I have never had a massage before and found it to be extremely relaxing. The hot stones eased away any aches or pains and the scent of the oil was lovely. Libby seemed to apply just the right amount of pressure and I loved the whole experience from start to finish! I am although a tiny bit disappointed as when i made the appointment i advised i would like a full body pregnancy massage & wasn't told over the phone the treatment involved exfoliation & facial with massage but not including the back which is where I really needed it most, i'm not sure i would of booked this if i had known that

They are always friendly and welcoming at Lefroys, whether last minute or regulations appointments. A great range of treatments that they make every effort to individualise.

I went with my mum for her birthday and we each had the £45 back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage (I had mine with hot stones). The staff were all really friendly, the whole place was warm, welcoming and clean. The massages themselves were amazing and I will be recommending everyone I know to go there. It's expensive but definitely worth it. I think me and my mum want to come back monthly as we just felt so at ease and welcomed.

Having just 'popped'in to find out what they could offer my tired old face before my daughters wedding in a few months time, I've had my first elemis biotec facial which was brilliant and very relaxing. The girls are friendly,helpful and efficient ....looking forward to more treatments.

The lady who did it was excellent, calm and reassuring which was great as my daughter was a bit nervous. Very professional service.

Perfect relaxation for a pregnant lady. Body scrub, facial and head massage! Fell asleep for the first time ever during a treatment. Will be requesting donations for my birthday next month to put towards another voucher.

The salon has a lovely relaxing feel to it. You are greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in and made to feel at ease. The music playing is very soothing and the reception room along with the treatment rooms are very clean. The staff are very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend Lefroy to friends and family.

This was a gift from my daughter. It was a powerful, deep tissue massage which felt very good. I will do this again. The whole atmosphere was calm and luxuriant.

Had a very lovely back massage today with Meg. She was very welcoming and professional and took time to select the correct product for me. The massage was exactly as I requested, hard enough to loosen my knots but not too hard as to leave me sore tomorrow. The room was warm and very clean and the therapists were well presented. I shall return and recommend Le Froy to my family and friends.

We came along to the salon with our daughter to have her ears pierced, the staff were friendly and explained to her what would happen. She came out of the room smiling after having it done and we were told about the after care. I'm glad we came here far more personal than siting in a shop with everyone watching. Thankyou

My mum, sister and mysef went to Lefroy today for massages and to get our nails done, the massage was amazing and our nails are fab. The best salon with the best staff.

Hi, I hate to say it as I usually love coming to this salon for my wax, but this time around it was not a good experience. The lady I saw was lovely but the last few times I have been I have been booked in with the new person and this time around was so painful and took so long to do, I hope this is received as constructive feedback and still intend to come back for another wax with Lefroy. I really like this place - as soon as you walk in you can't help but relax immediately as it smells divine. The girls are ways friendly and it has a lovely laid back atmosphere, not in any way pretentious like some places can be! All the treatments I've had here have been amazing so you can't go wrong with anything you choose to have!

Libby was absolutely fantastic. Really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I'm very happy with my services today. The spa itself was also super warm and clean. Thank you, ladies!

I am a regular to the salon for threading and waxing. I tried other salons in Exeter, but since I have found LeFroy I've always gone there for my beauty treatments. Today, under the advice of the girl who usually looks after me, I had a facial. I am really glad I took her advice, because I had a fantastic experience, my skin feels clean and relaxed. The whole treatment was perfect, exceeding my expectations. I definitely recommend LeFroy!

Booked in with amy for a back massage and eye lift treatment as always massage was excellent but felt a little let down as had a mini facial rather than the eye treatment was looking forward to this particular treatment but on the whole the whole experience was brilliant

My experience gets better and better every time I go. Loved it!
