Very warm, welcoming atmosphere. My therapist took the time to explain how Reflexology works which I really appreciated as I was a complete ignoramus on the subject. We discussed the reason for my visit, which was sinus trouble and then it was just a case of lying back,closing my eyes and relaxing. Gentle pressure applied all over feet and ankle, enough to feel it but not causing pain. Pretty sure I fell asleep at one point, so that should tell you how good it feels. Have booked again for a months time.
