I had 2 different girls today as Meg was away. Both lovely, attentive and gave great customer service.
I am slightly disappointed with my nails, they don't appear to have taken that well - not down to Crystal at all. They just already look like they have started to grow out if that makes sense and I now know to just stick to what I love which is French manicure and not bother choosing a colour as on reflection I don't like it!
Hate to be slightly negative as I love Lefroy, Becky and all of the staff as they are always so friendly and accomodating and hope this comes across when I am there. Just already looking forward to having my nails off which is not me as it is my favourite pamper and having been suffering from being down and had an operation recently so what I had been looking forward to!
