Excellent removal of a Milia just by the side of my eye and located on my eyelid .. well happy with the result as it’s been there for around 3 years. Great relaxing facial too by well experienced professional.

I visited recently for a Hydradermie facial with Katie. It was fabulous! Katie was very professional and friendly from the moment I got there to the moment I left, making me feel welcome and valued. She even kindly took a photo of me when I requested it. The facial itself was absolute bliss and I left feeling relaxed, pampered and with soft and hydrated skin. My husband even noticed how different I looked when he got home from work. I will definitely be back for more. Extremely highly recommended beautician, treatment and salon.

Another lovely Manicure today from Katie at the lovely Tao. Always a pleasure to go in there, you are always made to feel very welcome. Coffee or tea if you want. Always look forward to my visits and my treatments. All the girls are lovely too…soo friendly. Would highly recommend the Tao.

I absolutely love coming to Tao Clinic, the staff are very friendly and helpful and very professional in their work and care passionately about what they do.
I've been treated by Chelsea and Sharn, and simply cannot fault them. I will definitely be taking up another block booking when this one is finished.

First time here and I had a great experience. All staff were really welcoming and kind. Sharn made me feel very comfortable and we had a lovely conversation together.

Had my nails done this morning with Shellac with Katie, excellent manicure, as always, lovely Salon, very welcoming with lovely staff.

I love having treatments here. I have had my nails done today, they look great. Katie was friendly and professional as usual. I always get such positive comments about my nails when I am out. I can’t recommend Tao highly enough.

Just had another electrolysis session on my long journey, this time with Michelle. As ever, excellent service and I can see progress, (despite my impatience!) Even though she worked on my top lip, Michelle's expertise meant that it didn't hurt too much. I really look forward to coming in as all the staff are so nice, it really is like catching up with friends rather than having treatment.

I was recommended to go to Tao to have my nails painted from a client of mine who is a regular at the salon. I was overall disappointed with the experience from the start. I walked into the salon, and was not welcomed with a smile, or an hello until the receptionist got off the phone, which took a while.
The lady who did my nails seemed nice, brief conversation. She asked me what shape I wanted straight or curved. I said straight. She started to round my nails, I reminded her that I wanted them straight. She said that she didn’t want the edges sharp. She then showed me one hand, they were not straight, a bit wonky, so mentioned again I want them shaped straight. When finished, I had a look, there was varnish on my fingers, under the nails. The overall finish was not perfect and surprised that she didn’t want me to check that I was happy with the treatment at the end.
Her next client was waiting. When I paid with the same therapist serving me, I was charged more than what was said on the phone when asked. The beautician then rushed off to sort her room out for her next client waiting. I didn’t expect to file some of the nails straight when I got home. Within the following week, one of the nails has chipped.
Sadly, I won’t be returning to this salon.

I have been to Sharn since last summer and I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She always puts me at ease and does wonderful treatments on me in a professional, and caring manner . She a credit to the business. I will certainly return for other treatments .

I had such a lovely bikini wax experience earlier today with Sharn! I was made to feel very comfortable, especially as it was my first wax in over 5 years…Sharn clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. I will definitely be back in the near future🩵 thank you🩵

The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean. I was happy with the results and left a good review on trustpilot.
Unfortunately due to doctor's appointments and vehicle troubles I have missed a few appointments. My apologies. And thank you Michelle and Tao salon. I am happy I found this place, as my skin is a different thing now, from just one visit !

Quick & relatively painless removal of a skin tag which has been bothering me. Michelle is very good & made me feel relaxed & comfortable whilst doing the procedure.

I have had another fantastic experience at tao skin clinic, my appointment was with Chelsea. She is amazing at her job,as is all the staff there. Tao is the place to go for all your treatments,I give them 10 out off 10.

I went today to have a consultation about a mole on my body and I book the appointment for this afternoon very quick service and sold my problem on the same day. I am glad that I came. Everything was fast and very helpful. The lady she was so nice, careful and lovely. I recommend that place definitely to everyone.
You will be happy as long as I am.

I was disappointed that some water was not put on my upper lip.
It has resulted in a spot resulting and is sore.
This is the only session that this has happened otherwise it was a good session.
My own Clinique cream applied afterwards.
Hope this does not happen again.
