I was looking for a salon that did electrolysis - not easy to find these days - but finding TAO revolutionised my life. The treatment was not painful as I had found it to be in other salons - the staff are expert, kind and delightful - and the treatment has been wonderfully effective. I am so grateful and would recommend it to anyone wanting help with unwanted hair growth. Thank you TAO!!

All the beauty therapists are lovely. They are friendly and make you feel at ease and I have always had excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I think good value for money.

I recently embarked on a course of CACI facials at Tao and I am happy with the results. I have had a lot of non surgical facelift treatments in the past and like things done in a certain way. Michelle and Beth really listen to what I am asking for and do their best to adapt the treatment to my liking. I am very impressed with Tao. Michelle runs a lovely professional salon in every way. The place is nicely decorated and immaculately clean. It’s also great that there are two car parks directly opposite in Queen Street. A great little find - give it a go.

Hours of opening are good, plenty of clean comfortable treatment rooms, Products were good and Chelsea was a delight.

It was my First time going to Tao and what a fantastic place, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and offered a drink.
My facial was absolutely fantastic and my skin feels so clean.
Chelsea was fantastic and did such a fantastic job giving me advice, and what will help my skin and what other facials would benefit my skin even more.
Nothing was to much trouble and I was always asked if I was ok and comfortable throughout my treatment.

The treatment was lovely and very relaxing and I would definitely be back and would highly recommend Chelsea.
