I had the Brazillian wax and went for the warm not hot wax option. The staff member was really friendly. The hygiene was questionable - the technician did not wear gloves and used the same spatula for the whole treatment. They had run out of wet wipes and there was still some leftover wax on my skin that was very difficult to remove. I was disapointed to find out that there were a lot of stray hairs actually left which i had to pluck out (rarher painful after just getting a wax). Finally, on the following day I woke up with really sore skin which had actually been burned so the whole waxed surface peeled off. Overall very sloppy and unpleasant experience. Would not recommend to a friend and would most certainly not return.
