The salon was busy, & bustling, as expected after lockdown. The staff were all friendly & pleasant. I wanted a good deal off my hair, as it’s been several months since I had a cut. I’m not very good at explaining, so I had a picture to help. The girl that cut my hair was lovely. But I asked several times to have the weight trimmed out. When the wet cut was finished, she said that she would cut into in when it was dry. Ok. She dried it wavy, and I was amazed that she coaxed a curl out. When I asked again if she was going to cut into it, to take some of the weight out, to which there was 2 snips of the hair. As a result, my hair was washed & dried.... but the cut part was negligible. I was hoping for a restyle, and I got a small trim & a blowdry. Very disappointed.
