I went to Hair 26, Marlborough Street, on Monday 29.06.2015 for a cut, thinning and shaping of my hair. The salon owner Carol Macpherson served me, she was on her own and very busy. She was nice and chatty; however, I became more and more dissatisfied with my hair as she cut it. When she had finished it just looked wrong and I was upset. However, with the three customers waiting and feeling like I was going to cry I paid the £16 and left, something I now regret. On closer inspection I could see that it was uneven all the way round, longer on one side than the other, and had two clumps missing where she had thinned it – one more noticeable than the other. It was also so short and uneven that I was unable to tie it up, despite telling her that I need to wear it tied up for work. I did not feel I could trust her to fix it so, after taking photographs I went to another hairdresser who had to make it into a choppy inverted bob and did a wonderful job. I
