I had a cut and blow dry with Annabelle, it was a busy Saturday afternoon but I still received a top class service. I really look forward to my appointments as I will receive such fantastic service. The complimentary prosecco is a great extra too!

Never been to A Toni&Guy before, normally get haircuts at random barbers but it never turns out the what I want so thought I’d try somewhere A bit more expensive. Had my hair cut by Conner, great guy- very patient with my lack of knowledge or instructions. Really pleased with my haircut, probably the best I’ve ever had it done ! Will be back in A few months to get it done again by Connor. Can say I’m A convert, doubt I’ll be going back to dodgy barbers and will most likely be sticking with T&G !

It was an amazing expirience to be able to trust the person cutting your hair! Annabelle knew exactly what I wanted and executed it beautifully! The staff were all really chatty and professional, nothing was too much trouble. You can have a glass of prosecco, tea, coffee.... it was really superb and great value for money!

Of course not. If I gave Jimmy the review he deserves I would never be able to get a haircut again because he’d be fully booked forever.....

I am delighted with my hair. Daniel Clarke has been my colourist for the best part of 16 years, we know each other well and he listens & has excellent knowledge and technical skills and he is a really lovely guy. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. A contemporary salon with fabulous interior design. Modern and clean. Fabulous hair products, high end Magazines, relaxing chairs at Basins. Complementory tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer & Prosecco. Music is great. All the staff are highly trained and go that extra mile. It is a wonderful experience and the service is fantastic. Thank you. x

Talked through well with consultant , he informed me of every thing that he was going to do . Young girl who washed and dried my hair is going to be an asset to your salon .

Always enjoy coming to this salon. Very friendly and attentive staff. They loook after you, provide good advise. Sometimes through in complementary treatment and there is always complementary Prosecco or coffee or tea. Always good relaxing experience. Also what I like is that I never have to book 4 weeks in advance like in other salons. I never know what I’m going to do in 4 weeks time! So I really like that these guys are always able to accommodate you at short notice.

Came in for full head of hi lights great greeting from reception staff, was look after from start to finish all staff are so friendly and had a lovely glass of Prosecco

Friendly, efficient and an amazing job as always!

I came in asking for brown all over with blonde highlights. I sat down and immediately felt as if the man doing my hair wasn't keen to do it. He did a lot of umming and arring. He asked me to have half a head of highlights instead of a whole head. He then colourdd just my roots and left the rest. I arrived at 8:45 and left at 1pm. I made it clear that I was unhappy with the result as I had roots a completely different colour to my hair with blonde highlights that are very streaky. The receptionist said that she felt that I shouldnt pay and needed to see the manager. However the manager made me feel very much like i was causing a fuss unnecessarily. They told me the most senior colourist would have a look but he was out on lunch so a lady came up but just basically said the colour I want cant be achieved so I'll have to have my colour stripped but it will ruin my hair and I'll need a lot cut off, this scares me as I'm getting married in December and have been trying to grow my hair. I'm gutted as I trusted toni and guy to get it right. I feel the professionals should have advised me before just going to town on my hair. I'm Also surprised that I still had to pay full price and they have told me to call and rebook for it to be fixed but i don't hold much hope of it not being completely ruined.

I love the salon because the staff is amazing, friendly and most importantly very good at what they do.
One thing i would like you to introduce though, is a gentle hair colour that doesn’t damage hair.

Connor is one of the most attentive, and thorough hairdressers I have ever met. He really took his time to understand my hair and how to make it look exactly how I wanted it to. He gave me some great tips about how to style my hair at home too. It’s by far the best hair cut I’ve had in years.

I have come to your salon twice in 1week and still have an issue with my colouring. First time around, my grey hair was not covered, and I was rebooked another appointment which was another time wasting and travelling 75 miles from shafte to Bournemouth and second time my hair was bleached and recoloured and ended up red rather than what I wanted so I am still not happy with the results

It was a very good experience

I've only ever been to one independent hairdressers to get my hair cut so I was hesitant at first especially with the price. However, Annabelle was such a lovely woman who made me feel welcome. I was offered a variety of drinks which I thought was a great idea and I'm overall satisfied with my hair and the experience given.
