The procedure I undertake is always performed in the most professional but friendly manner. It is delivered on time and efficiently. All the staff at DAC are always very pleasant and welcoming. An all round pleasant experience although the treatment does seem to be taking longer than I anticipated!

first time I had a procedure and I was very nervous. Mollie and Lisa were fantastic at talking through each step of the procedure which made me feel less anxious .

I’ve been going to Dorchester Aesthetics for a couple of years and on a regular basis. I enjoy my visits! Not just because of the treatments, but the staff are so very lovely. I always try to book in with Mollie - she’s an amazing therapist, very skilled, always perfect! But, importantly for me too, I also love to chat with her and we always giggle. She feels more like a friend!

Fantastic Lisa was very nice and friendly put me at ease straight away, we had a good discussion about my want for my eyebrows and Lisa gave me some great advice to we were reading from the same page, I felt like the real, more beautiful Kerry lavelle when Lisa had finished, I think I will go for feathering on my follow up with Lisa as Lisa said I suit darker bold brows, which I had in the first place before I plucked them bald almost everyone said my eyebrows were my feature I distroyed them by over plucking to nothing, now Lisa has given me back my natural look and I am so grateful and in awe of the art she does so perfcional and gifted thank you so much Lisa worth every penny thanks again see you soon for my follow up appointment with you ?
Lisa and her team always welcome me warmly, and I feel cared for as an individual. All my treatments have been excellent and I feel relaxed in their hands. The salon is bright and modern, but not too clinical. I would highly recommend.

I was treated professionally and also felt like I was treated like a friend and I thought that I was understood in my most complicated thoughts the massage. when I went in for my massage my Shoulders had nots and my back was in pain i had a deep massage and left feeling like I could go a month playing sports that I play each week such football cricket volleyball bowls and log splitting I felt that even though I do all these sports I should be fine until the next month however should any pains Arise I shall go in for another massage making it every two weeks.
