The appointment started 25 minutes late. The lady was very nice but I asked for my hair straight and she didn’t straighten it. It was also still damp. For £45 I was not fully happy with this

First visit to the Dorchester salon. Had highlights by Tia and a cut & blow dry from Emily... I really enjoyed the whole experience from the welcome at reception through to the smiling goodbye... really delighted with the colour, cut & dry... experienced and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble... found my hairdressing home... I will definitely be back xx

All the team were friendly and welcoming. Jake made me feel at ease straight away. He did a wonderful job with my hair, creating exactly the look I wanted for my holiday. I came out feeling relaxed and my hair looks great, so I will definitely be back!

Having moved back to Dorset and not had a terribly good experience at another salon, I was recommended to go to T&G. What a welcome is all I can say about charming and chatty Ross, a credit to the salon, Emily was perfect, very knowledgeable about what would suit my difficult hair despite only just meeting me, not to mention extremely patient with a woman who was obviously having a major witter as the locks fell!! The young lady who washed my hair whose name I'm afraid I don't know, was so nice and chatty and I wish her all the best having only just started there. Thank you T&G. In the words of Arnie... 'I'll be back!'..

Having not done anything to my hair for nearly a year, it needed some TLC! From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt comfortable and as soon as I explained to Aimee vaguely what I wanted, she knew exactly what to do. She took lots of the length off, lots of weight out and for the first time in 10yrs I am 100% back to my natural colour. My hair looks and feels fab now - I cant thank you enough!

After a bad experience at another salon, I was nervous about this appointment but I'm so pleased with the result and the service i received! Megan and other staff were very friendly. I felt very relaxed and was offered so much tea which was perfect for the cold day. Will definitely be coming back

Rescued my sad hair from another salon’s bad cut some months ago- Katie restyled my hair giving me a fabulous fresh new look. She spent ages getting the cut perfect, and I’m thrilled with the result!
