Emily really knows her stuff when it comes to being creative, I told her she can do whatever she likes with my hair I just wanted a change. so we went through some styles and came up with a plan! I had my hair washed by the lovely apprentice who gave a lovely massage! I was then asked what drink I would like I asked for a latte and I got it very quickly after requesting it! Emily started cutting my hair and I felt confident and safe the entire time. when it was all blowdried and finished I couldn't believe how good my hair looked! the best its ever looked!
