The whole experience was fab. Arrived and was greeted with lots of smiles and hellos. Naomi sat with me as a first time client and we discussed what I wanted. She washed, cut and dried my hair. It looked perfect! Great salon, good value, brilliant stylist and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with every aspect of Muir Chapman. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the door. Naomi listened to everything I said and she gave me a great cut - the best I've had for ages. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and, when they weren't with a client, they were busy doing other jobs around the salon, which was immaculate. I am so impressed with this business and I hope to be going there for many years to come.

I needed an appointment last minute for a Saturday, they were able to fit me in and Molly who did my hair was amazing. She gave great advice and she did an amazing cut. Was super happy with my result. She was also super lovely and we had a lovely chat whilst she did my hair. Thank you so much Molly I would definitely go back again.

On one of the most windy days of the year, actually gale force, I needed a blow dry and Luke used products and styled my hair to perfection to last all day. Home now and, despite the weather, my hair still looks fab. Thanks to both Molly and Luke, meant a lot to me today.

Lovely relaxing morning having cut & colour by Naomi. As always happy with hair cut & colour. Also had a lovely head massage off Poppy. Loved the blow dry. Staff are always happy and constantly ask if they can get you a drink or if you need anything. Great service.

Molly did my balayage and curled my hair I loved it so much I came out to have it curled again. The blonde is the nicest colour my hair has been and really well blended. Molly was really professional and friendly

I have had my hair cut by a lot of hairdressers over the years, and I can honestly say Nicola is by far the best cutter I have had. Being a hairdresser myself I know a good cut.
Not only is her cutting excellent but my Textured Bob keeps its shape and style for several weeks.

I Have been going to Muir Chapman for approximately one year and every time I go the staff are so friendly. Terry is my actual stylist and he always takes care to do everything perfectly from colouring to hair cutting. I highly recommend this salon for the older to younger person

Having not cut my hair in 2/3 years I was really nervous for my cut. Naomi made me feel so comfortable and made sure I liked it each step of the way. Absolutely love the cut and feel so much more confident. Will definitely be going back.

From booking your appointment to leaving the salon , the staff are always attentive. They are helpful with advice and always offer a drink however busy they are.
