I never caught my stylists name, sadly. He had dark hair and was excellent though!
He treated me with the upmost respect and listened carefully to what I wanted and I felt heard and valued as a client. Not least because I am deaf, hence not catching names behind the masks, and dependent on hearing aids. Both the man who cut my hair and the woman who washed it and brought me coffee were kind and sensitive to my added difficulties without ever being patronising.
I am also absolutely delighted with the finished results. Thank you!
