I've been a customer off and on for a few years now. I haven't been in for a couple years due to poor health, but as soon as I called to book an app, I was warmly greeted and welcomed like no time had passed. I used to see Simon but he had moved on and was suggested a different stylist, Natalie. I came in for a consultation and skin test, and it was an awesome experience the minute I walked in. Now I don't have a clue about hair or what looks good on me, but Natalie put me at ease and came up with a plan for a complete change. I felt i was quite a mess and it was a tall order for her! All the ladies there were so sweet and kind and we had a hoot with several convos, and the caffeinated beverages and hazelnut hot cocoa were to die for! I was really spoiled all afternoon. Natalie was so patient and lovely by helping me understand the flattering cut that was new to me as well as product and how to use it. She also showed me how to curl and finish with the sprays. I'm very happy with the end result, its natural yet different. Also it's low maintenance, if something comes up I could go easily 6 months and it would still look good!
