My hair was tired and ignored and I had in my head what it needed - and Lynne understood and coloured it perfectly.

As always the cut and colour was excellent and staff are lovely. However I was shocked to see staff only wearing visors, I thought face masks were compulsory. It didn’t feel as safe as it should be.

Lovely friendly Salon. Charlene is a friendly, genuine and competent stylist. She really made me feel at ease during this time. I have very thick and curly hair but she always cuts it well.

Charlene is an absolutely brilliant hair stylist. I’ve been her customer since 2010. I’ve now moved to London and have had a lot of stylists to do my hair, I still prefer Charlene Murphy and when I get an opportunity to book an appointment with here whilst in Durham I grab it.

First visit back today after lockdown. All the staff were great. From a warm welcome at the door to the treatments from Lynne and Ashley. Place was very clean and felt confident and safe in the salon.

My daughter came in for her first salon cut today (age 11) and Ashley could not have been nicer. She made my daughter feel at ease (despite all the COVID-19 measures) and gave her a fantastic cut. Very happy first time customer ?

The result is excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing experience in the salon where every precaution against COVID-19 was taken to the letter.

I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of all staff members. Lynne did a superb job with toning my hair and everyone was welcoming. I will definitely be going back.
Precautions were also taken with regards to the current Covid situation.

It was an amazing experience. Welcomed very well all very clean and sanitised and they are doing amazing in those visors. Longer appointments make you feel pampered and an amazing hair cut from Charlene I can’t recommend her enough nothing is a problem and she understands hair. Well done everyone in what is a difficult situation.

Visited salon today for the first time since lockdown. Things were obviously different with hygiene measures but was still an enjoyable experience.
