Everything was clean and tidy and I felt safe

I was very nervous about my first appointment after lockdown. Ashley made me feel completely safe, however, and my hair cut was amazing, as always.

I had my roots touched up smart bond and blow dry. Lynne carried out the whole procedure quickly and efficiently Tge outcome was fantastic after 4montgs of lockdown

While all this upset is still on going I felt very safe and relaxed having my hair done.

Great cut and style. Always conscious of lifestyle to ensure cuts not too short.

It was great to be in the salon and see Ashley and everyone else again. The whole process was spot on and clearly explained. It was clear that staff had been trained very well in the new process.

The salon was reassuring and very clear about how they were keeping staff and clients safe using social distancing measures. I felt looked after and as if my health and safety were paramount (especially important to me as I have a 8 month old at home and a husband who has poor immune system!)

Wendy looked after me the whole time and made me feel relaxed, impressive considering we were wearing masks/visors and keeping our distance where possible!

The cut was beautiful and I will be heading back to see Wendy in a few months time. Couldn’t ask for a better haircut/experience.

I loved Wendy and the team before lockdown and since going back, even more. The service is second to none and the atmosphere hasn’t changed despite the challenging circumstances. I’d highly recommend the salon to anyone who wants a great cut in a warm, relaxed environment.

Amazing colourist amazing member of staff!! but I wasn’t happy having to have 2 appointments to get my hair done then I was told I couldn’t have full head highlights which I wanted/needed I understand covid but I think the salon should give it’s customer what it needs but disappointing really

Charlene was great as usual. The store has great safety practices. It was my first time out of the house since March so I was worried but everything was done to make me feel safe, welcome and comfortable. I can't find Charlenes name on your list but she was great thank you.

I went to my appointment with great trepidation. Having been self isolating for nearly 4 months. I was very pleasantly surprised at how safe I felt during my time in the salon. Wendy made me feel perfectly at ease and the organisation of the safety measures in the salon were tiptop

I have been coming to T and G Durham for over 20 years. The staff are extremely well trained professional. Friendly and polite. I have always been delighted with my hair cut and colour and would thoroughly recommend this salon to everyone.

The salon staff are a wonderful team and from the moment you walk through the door you are enveloped in warmth and humour.
Hair is washed gently and sensitively capped with a relaxing head massage.
Lynne cut my hair exactly as I asked and it has looked fabulous for days.

This was my last haircut before self isolation. I was treated in the kindest way. Everyone else kept their distance with sympathy and understanding. Petra washed my hair in the thorough salon way so her hands couldn’t be more purified! She not only cut my hair beautifully and shorter than usual - to last three months - but she advised me to get What’s App to talk on video to my family. What’s App is a foreign country to me but I will have a go. The haircut was to boost my morale before lockdown. I’ve used this salon for many years and Petra looks after me when my normal stylist Catherine is away. They’ve kept me in good spirits for years. Now is the time to say thank you,
