Went into salon today crying after my hair had been over processed with colour and perm , girls were fantastic told me that there was not much they could do as it was snapping, they gave me a treatment on my hair cut it and styled it and gave me instructions what to do and not what to do , came out feeling 100% better going in for treatment once a week untill my hair gets back to normal, thanks girls u lot are amazing xx

OMG Anyone who knows me know how scared of hairdressers I am and how paranoid I am about my thin hair. Well not anymore. Jordan was amazing she put me at ease and her confidence in what she could do for my hair made me feel instantly calmer sat in the chair and after 2 minute consultation she had talked me around to tape extensions to make my hair fuller. Was lucky enough to have my colour in stock so got them added there and then. Amazing job I am on cloud nine my hair has never ever looked this good . Jordan I can’t thank you enough x

Lucia has been my hairdresser of choice for nearly a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. Takes the time to listen to what you want and delivers. All the staff from the apprentices upwards are all polite and professional. Can’t find fault with the service or the staff.

Went for my appointment this morning with all intentions of making a drastic change to my hair! However, Gemma along with all the other staff sat with me and went out of their way to explain all the different options I had and the results I would have from going platinum blonde to dark and clarified with me whether this is what I really wanted. They then used a strand of my hair extensions to test the colour and show me the result I would have. After listening to the staff I realised maybe I was just making a massive mistake because I have always been light blonde. The hairdresses recommended a nice cut and blow-dry and a sliver shampoo to cover the yellow patches in my hair from where I had dyed it myself. Thomas did my shampoo and was so so friendly and explained what steps I could maybe take in the future to start gradually going darker and was just a genuinely lovely person! Gemma done a lovely cut and blowdry and styled my hair beautiful and then I realised the staff were right and I was wrong! I really didn't need to go dark and more than likely would have regretted it. Really, they could have pushed me into going darker to make more money but their loyalty to their customers is obviously much more important than trying to make money when they think the customer might be making a mistake with a drastic colour change. Would totally recommend this salon! I have always been extremely anxious about hair salons but they all made me feel relaxed! I was over the moon with my hair! Truly went above and beyond! The blonde girl that was working nearby was extremely friendly and was even telling me about her experience in trying to go darker and reassured me I would have regretted it.
Just an absolute pleasure each and every member of staff there!

Lucia did an amazing color and style for me. I received lots of compliments from my friends last time I had my hair done. Many comments were about looking younger! Additionally the young girl who washes my hair did a great mini head massage, so relaxing. And the young man who greeted me was very friendly and asked immediately about tea or coffee. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful and Lucia is a real professional!

Lucia is highly skilled & efficient, rather kind & pleasant to be around. The salon is clean & they offer tea or coffee as well. All in all, an unforgetfully remarkable experience!

She always knows what I want and if you ask her what your options are she will give you multiple options and incorporates your lifestyle to give you consistent achievable cuts.
