To be fair a few other people were involved with my hair colouring/washing and Chris cut and styled it. It was my first visit and although, I wasn’t with Lucia (whom I originally spoke to), I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to put me at ease, talk me through things, even go to the shop for me. I’m so pleased with my new colour and cut, those guys worked miracles and were very professional as they had to change everything as they were unaware that I was there for a recolour. I personally want to thank Jordan for listening to my worries and doing her best to sort me out. I will be returning, without a doubt.
