My hair was in desperate need of colouring, but I wasn't sure how I wanted it. I took my pinterest pictures and showed Gemma the kind of thing I liked and left her to it. I can honestly say that not only is Gemma lovely, but I had a fantastic head massage and left looking like a different person. I had balyage with high and lowlights (maybe, I think?!) Whatever she did, i love it, best colour experience I've ever had.
