I like that I can just turn up and trust Lottie to make decisions for my hair if I’m low on ideas. If I do suggest ideas she knows what will or won’t work for me (however very capable of adapting them). She takes the time (plenty of time) to listen to what I do like which ensure the haircut will be what I wanted (perfect results).

I like how she suggests ideas to try like trying curtains which ended up looking really good keeps things fresh. She is up to date with current trends. She goes on courses regularly so it’s good to have someone who is passionate about their job cutting your hair.

She has passed a few of her top quality skills onto me. If I’m struggling on styling my hair Lottie will show me how to. That way I can do it myself and look like I go to the salon everyday.

Also top quality chats (and funny) about what’s on Netflix and Greece. Feels like I’m chatting to a friend. Can definitely trust Lottie with your hair.
