I loved the cut and colour but the extra things which I thought would be included were not there. I paid over £200 and didn’t even get a head massage! They don’t give you any drink options, a card or menu would be nice so you know what you could choose, a filtered drinks cooler also needed, I got rapid tap water in a disposable cup. Not very high quality for the kind of salon and the amount you pay for your hair!

i'm sorry to read your comments regarding the service levels. Due to covid 19 there are restrictions in place regarding the serving of drinks and these restrictions will likley be in place for a few months. Returning for a first colour and cut in over four months proved to be a very positive and relaxing experience. The salon is set up with appropriate PPE and distancing. All staff were their usual welcoming selves and Sam (colour) and Will (cut) I can highly recommend.

Hello . On 17/03/2020 I went to your salon to make the platinum blond silver highlights. Unfortunately, after just two weeks, the sunstrokes have turned yellow. This was probably due to the fact that the base of the initial discoloration was yellow and the tone in turn was unsuccessful. I am very sorry because after 10 days after only one shampoo my hair turned yellow, it was what I never wanted.

i'm sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectation. When hair is lightened, due to the pigmentation it leaves a yellow undercoat, this is always countered with a blue based toner as blue neutralises the yellow. Toners need refreshing and to maintain true platinum colour you will need a silver/blue/purple based shampoo. if you want to drop by the salon Sam the manager can help you, we want you to be happy

It’s always a real pleasure coming into this salon, the service is excellent. The member of staff who done the shampoo, conditioner and massage at the start was excellent and ensured all my hair even the bit at the back by my neck was shampooed and conditioned and rinsed properly. That doesn’t happen in some places. The stylist checked I was happy with my last cut and he asked if I would like any changes to this cut. It’s always a great experience coming into this T&G. Great bunch of people dedicated to their work!

I have been a regular for at least 3 years with Chris cutting my hair, my sons and my husbands .
Chris always makes us feel welcome and we all leave with a great hair cut .
I decided to go grey gracefully last July and no longer die my hair .
This has been a difficult process for me going from long to shorter length until the colour grew out.
Each time I have visited Chris he has helped me accept my new look with innovative cuts to highlight my natural colour and I am very grateful for this.
Chris also helped my son transform into Malfoy for this years book day with a slightly different cut for the occasion- it was a success - thank you Chris and see you soon.

I had my six week hair trim with Chelsea on Wednesday, and after my water bottle. Colette is a very talented stylist with exceptional technical skills. She first cut my hair last year when I was going from long to short and was quite nervous.
