I loved the cut and colour but the extra things which I thought would be included were not there. I paid over £200 and didn’t even get a head massage! They don’t give you any drink options, a card or menu would be nice so you know what you could choose, a filtered drinks cooler also needed, I got rapid tap water in a disposable cup. Not very high quality for the kind of salon and the amount you pay for your hair!
