I arrived for my appointment today after text reminder to be told Lisa p had left and I was required to have a skin test. I told them I had already had one so they said Clive would fit me in. They said they had tried to ring me about Lisa going but when I checked my phone there were no missed calls from them. Clive then told me I would need another skin test as the products they use are different from the skin test they had given me before. I had waited 20 mins by then and got very angry at the lack of concern for a regular customer and lies about trying to ring me. Of course this meant they had no intention of dealing with my hair colour and cut today as you have to wait a couple of days for the skin test result. Also I overheard that the receptionist had left so the atmosphere was not good.
