Yesterday I arrived on time for my appointment with Kate. Unfortunately,the client before me had arrived 20mins late and I was asked to come back in another 15mins.However,this eventually caused me to be late with Lauren and I couldn't have my full hair cut as planned because I had also got another appointment at Essential Beauty for 1pm.
I feel that the "late person" should have been made to wait instead. Thus not compromising my appointment and anyone else who took the trouble to arrive on time. The rating below indicates my experience yesterday.

Dear Francis, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. Unfortunately on this occasion it appears there was a lack of communication. Our records show that Kate started your hair at the correct time of 10.45 and you were also back to Lauren for your scheduled hair cut at the correct time. After speaking with our staff members it appears you arrived 20 minutes early, however it has now become apparent that this was not properly explained to you at the time, leading you to believe you had been kept waiting due to an error on our side. We have now taken steps to ensure that this will not happen in future and we sincerely apologise for the confusion.
